Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 44 від 12.01.2022, згідно наказу ректора ДЗ «Луганський національний університет імені Тараса Шевченка» № 31-ОД від 27.02.2026 року створено спеціалізовану вчену раду з правом прийняття до розгляду і проведення захисту дисертації на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії Борисенко Карини Юріївни за спеціальністю  015 – Професійна освіта (за спеціалізаціями).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 20-OD dated January 30, 2026, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Taras Leonidovych Feshchuk in the specialty 052 – Political Science.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 146-OD dated November 21, 2025, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Andrii Mykhailovych Kokhanovskyi in the specialty 052 - Political Science.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 126-OD dated September 29, 2025, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Yaroslava Pavlivna Malkova in the specialty 015 - Professional Training (by specialization).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 125-OD dated September 29, 2025, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Igor Viacheslavovych Zhurba in the specialty 052 - Political Science.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 124-OD dated September 29, 2025, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Rostyslav Yuriiovych Pidpalyi in the specialty 011 - Educational and Pedagogical Sciences.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, in accordance with the order of the rector of the State Educational Institution "Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University" No. 90-OD dated 30.06.2025, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Viktor Volodymyrovych Syrovatko in the specialty 052 - Political Science.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, in accordance with the order of the rector of Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University No. 85-OD dated 06/20/2025, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Yelyzaveta Shkarupa in the specialty 015 - Professional Education (by specialization).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 01/12/2022, in accordance with the order of the Rector of  Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 77-OD dated 06/02/2025, the Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Olha Olehivna Korinska  in the specialty 011 - Educational, pedagogical sciences.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 57-OD dated April 28, 2025, the Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Hanna Klimashevska in the specialty 015 - Professional Education (by specializations).
