ANONYMOUS SURVEY
As part of the audit of the effectiveness of "Direct budgetary support of the US Government to ensure the vital needs of the population of Ukraine in wartime conditions" by the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine within the framework of cooperation with the Office of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Center for Audit Excellence (CAE) of the US Government Accountability Office ( GAO) is conducting a study of the completeness and timeliness of receiving salaries by employees of educational institutions from the funds of the general fund of the state budget in May 2022.
In view of the above, the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine is conducting an anonymous survey by filling out a Google Form, which is located at the following link:

The questionnaire must be filled out by September 15, 2023.
