Type of exchange: French–Ukrainian youth exchange within the framework of ERASMUS+

Period: October 1 – October 11, 2025

Location: Montendre, France

Participant contribution: 1900 UAH

The project is primarily aimed at creating a space for exchange and dialogue between young French and Ukrainian participants. Its main goal is to promote social inclusion, intercultural understanding, and community cohesion. The project will also raise participants’ awareness of issues related to the war in Ukraine, its impact on the situation of young people involved, and the country’s future relations with the rest of Europe.

Program (over two weeks):

• Reflection workshops

• Activities focused on sustainable development

• Visits to places connected with social engagement

PARTICIPANTS ARE PROVIDED WITH:

1. Free accommodation, meals, and cultural programs.

2. Since this youth exchange takes place under ERASMUS+, participants will be reimbursed for travel expenses within the program’s limits (after the exchange).

3. After the youth exchange, each participant will receive a non-formal education certificate from the European Youth Commission (YouthPass).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Age: 18–30 years

• Solid conversational level of English or higher

• Interest in the topic of the exchange

• Communicative skills, openness, willingness to become an active group member, and to represent Ukraine with dignity at an international event

• Participants must have their own insurance
