The main tool of the research is the determination of the satisfaction index of the participants of the educational process with the organization of training (applied by the Service from 2020), which in 2024 is included in the indicators of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine. The basis of this tool is the ACSI approach, or the American consumer satisfaction index, which shows a rating based on an analysis of the consumer's desires and expectations (in our case, the quality of educational services).

The questionnaires are anonymous, and the collected data will be analyzed and made public only in an aggregated form. Information about specific educational institutions and respondents who participated in the survey will not be displayed in the report.
