ABOUT THE DURATION OF WORKING TIME IN JANUARY 2023
Order No. 1466 - VK "On the Norm for the Duration of Working Hours in January 2023" dated 14.12.2022
In accordance with the decree of the President of Ukraine dated 07.11.2022 No. 757/2022 "On extending the period of martial law in Ukraine", approved by the Law of Ukraine dated 16.11.2022 No. 2738-IX, Part 6 of Art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine dated 15.03.2022 No. 2136-IX "On the organization of labor relations under martial law" articles 9, 50, 52 of the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine,
I ORDER:
1. To set the norm for the duration of working hours in January 2023 – 20 working days and 160 working hours.
2. To recognize additional days off compared to the legislation:
– January 2, 2023 (Monday);
- January 9, 2023 (Monday).
