Deadline for applications: June 30, 2023.

Selection criteria: all foreign citizens are invited, with the exception of EU and EFTA member states. Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA countries that do not have an agreement with Romania on cultural and educational cooperation.

Level of study covered by the scholarship:

1. Bachelor.

2. Master's degree.

3. PhD. This level requires an agreement in principle with a potential scientific coordinator in Romania. Admission of PhD candidates depends on passing the entrance exam.

Priority areas: applications from candidates who wish to study economics and business administration, agricultural sciences, technical sciences, oil and gas will be considered as priority.

Language of instruction: The Ministry of Business and Tourism has decided that the language for all courses taken by students selected for the scholarship will be Romanian.

Selected candidates who do not know the Romanian language have the right to a preparatory year preceding the basic education.
