The lecturer of the Psychology Department, Inessa Sheviakova, conducted a training on the topic “Psychological Resilience, Emotional Regulation and Mental Health Care”.

During the training, the participants discussed the conditions for maintaining mental health and got acquainted with the formula of psychological resilience. In practical exercises, they worked out ways to cultivate resilience and take care of themselves and their emotional state. The meeting was fruitful and helped modern directors obtain psychological tools that allow them to find their own resources and improve their psychological and mental state.
