Festival participants had the opportunity to:

• find a place for internship or future work;

• learn about trends in the modern labor market;

• attend panel discussions, master classes, workshops;

• receive career advice and guidance;

• work on resumes, chat in networking zones, and participate in creative activities.

The festival helped young people better understand their strengths, determine their career vector, and take a step toward the future.

The event was organized as a social project by the joint efforts of VDNH and Work.ua.
