The Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University sincerely congratulates its students Kyrylo Azarov and Mark Barsukov on their worthy performance at the 2025 World Summer University Games, which was held in Germany!

The above-mentioned students represented Ukraine in synchronized diving - and did it with honor, courage and indomitable spirit!

In total, in 12 days of competition:

• 113 countries

• 1970 universities

• over 10,000 participants

• 12 medals for the Ukrainian team: 4 gold, 3 silver, 5 bronze

• 14th place in the overall team standings!

These achievements are the result of selfless work, willpower and great love for sports and Ukraine.

We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine, our defenders, who allow athletes to glorify the State even in difficult times for the country.

Our students did not just perform - they inspired, competed and won. We are proud of you! You are the future of Ukrainian sports!
