Conscious Stress Tolerance Training
The training is aimed at supporting psychological well-being and developing skills for effectively overcoming stressful situations.
The online event was organized by Anton Nazmiiev, associate professor of the Psychology Department, and the training itself was conducted by Nina Likhareva, a psychologist at the Kyiv Mental Health Center. During the meeting, the speaker shared with the participants both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques for maintaining psychological balance in conditions of increased workload and stress.
The participants of the training had the opportunity to learn about the modern approaches to the formation of stress resistance, master exercises to stabilize the emotional state, develop awareness, and restore internal resources.
Holding such events is an important step in creating a healthy and supportive educational environment, because the psychological stability of teachers directly affects the quality of the educational process and the atmosphere in the academic community.
Such initiatives contribute to the formation of a culture of mental health care at the university and help educators find internal balance, maintain professional motivation and work effectively even in today’s difficult conditions.
