The Spartakiad is organized by the Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The competition was held offline and brought together the best applicants of the university. The event was led by the lecturer of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, Roman Pavlov.
