The topic of the meeting was the activity of the higher education institutions that moved from the TOT. 

The Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation Serhii Babak, representatives of the Office of the President Svitlana Kretovych and Iryna Kravchuk, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, heads of displaced higher education institutions took part in the discussion.

Vitalii Kurylo and Olena Karaman presented the experience and their own vision of the further activities of displaced higher education institutions, the problematic issues of the admission campaign, the state of obtaining higher education by internally displaced persons at the expense of the state budget, the prospects for the return of educational institutions to de-occupied territories, the role of displaced higher education institutions in the processes of deoccupation, reintegration and post-war restoration of temporarily occupied territories.

Iryna Vereshchuk assured the leaders of the displaced universities of support on the way to Victory, deoccupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
