Participation in the Award Ceremony of the Shevchenko National Prize
The Chairman of the Academic Council Vitalii Kurylo and the Rector of the University Olena Karaman took part in the Award Ceremony of the laureates of the National Prize of Ukraine named after Taras Shevchenko 2025 on due to the Kobzar's birthday.
The ceremony took place on March 9, 2025 at the National Philharmonic in Kyiv with the participation of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, representatives of the Office of the President, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the public.
The Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (Shevchenko Prize) is a state award of Ukraine, established in 1961, awarded for a significant contribution to the development of culture and art.
