MEETING OF THE SPECIALIZED ACADEMIC COUNCIL
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, in accordance with the order of the rector of the State Educational Institution "Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University" No. 90-OD dated 30.06.2025, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Viktor Volodymyrovych Syrovatko in the specialty 052 - Political Science.
