Applications are now open for the VUIAS Fellowships in Ukraine programme for the 2026/2027 academic year. The fellowships provide funding for research projects lasting 10 months (from 1 October 2026 to 31 July 2027), allowing scholars to continue their work at Ukrainian universities and research institutions.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 126-OD dated September 29, 2025, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Yaroslava Pavlivna Malkova in the specialty 015 - Professional Training (by specialization).
