Territorial stage of the cheerleading competition
The event took place on January 30, 2026 in the sports hall of the Vovchytskyi Lyceum. On this day, the hall turned into a real arena of emotions, drive and incredible energy. The competition became a space where sport harmoniously combined with art, and team spirit reached new heights. The participants convincingly proved that cheerleading is not only bright pompoms and dance moves, but also complex acrobatics, impeccable synchrony, endurance and strong character. Each performance was a separate story about support, unity and faith in each other.
According to the results of the work of the professional judging team in the age category of 5–7 grades, the prize places were distributed as follows:
1st place – the “Coyotes” team, Vovchytskyi Lyceum, coach Valentyna Shlapko;
2nd place — Andean Condors team, Hero of Ukraine Vira Roik Gymnasium, coach Liubov Omelchenko and Brown Bears team, European Academic Lyceum, coach Natalia Pylhuk.
In the age category of 8–9 grades, 1st place was won by the Andean Condors team of Hero of Ukraine Vira Roik Gymnasium (coach — Liubov Omelchenko).

The participation of the team of the Faculty of Health Care and Sports in such events is not only support for school sports, but also an important component of the career guidance, educational and social mission of the university. This is a lively dialogue with young people, popularization of a healthy lifestyle, formation of sports and leadership values and strengthening partnerships with communities.
