Today, February 20, Ukraine honors the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes — courageous people who gave their lives during the Revolution of Dignity for the freedom, dignity and European future of our state.

It was on this day in 2014 that the confrontation between peaceful protesters and the ruling regime reached its tragic climax. On February 20, the largest number of Maidan participants died in the center of Kyiv. Their feat became a symbol of the indomitability of the Ukrainian people and the struggle for independence.

Students of the Professional College joined the meeting in memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes. Together we honored the bright memory of the fallen, bowed our heads in a moment of silence and thanked them for their sacrifice.
