"Social Work Without Borders: Innovations, Trends, Experience". Issue 7.
The speakers of the meeting, for the second time, were representatives of the Volodymyr Hnatiuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University: Olha Kiz - Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Head of the Center for Gender Research and Implementation of Equal Rights and Opportunities Policy, and Oksana Kikinezhdi - Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Psychology, Co-Head of the Center for Gender Research and Implementation of Equal Rights and Opportunities Policy.
The topic of the webinar - "Sexual Harassment in Labor Relations: Detection, Counteraction and Prevention" - was revealed from interdisciplinary positions, highlighting the psychological, social, legal and gender aspects of the problem. The participants' attention was focused on the detection and recognition of various forms of sexual harassment in the professional environment and their impact on the psycho-emotional state of the victims and the quality of labor relations.
A special emphasis was placed on prevention and the formation of a safe working environment through zero-tolerance policies, the development of a culture of mutual respect and gender sensitivity, as well as practical response tools and action algorithms for specialists in various fields. Webinar participants had the opportunity to join an active discussion, ask questions, share their own professional experience and receive professional recommendations on combating sexual harassment in the workplace.
The webinar was attended by more than 100 people - scientists, psychologists, social workers and students from different regions of Ukraine. Teachers, bachelors, master's and postgraduate students of the Department of Social Pedagogy majoring in "Social Work" and "Social Work and Counseling" traditionally joined the event.
The event became an important platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, exchange of best practices and dissemination of modern scientifically based approaches in the field of social work, psychology and educational activities.
