Defense of Master's Theses at the ER IMIT
Qualification theses were successfully defended by masters studying in the specialties of “Computer Science”, “Computer Engineering”, “Software Engineering”, as well as in the educational degree of SO (Mathematics) and (Informatics).
The heads of the examination commissions were Serhii Ivanovych Homenyiuk , Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics of Zaporizhia National University and Andrii Ivanovych Kupin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Computer Systems and Networks of Kryvyi Rih National University.
For several days, the students demonstrated the results of their research and development, which are the result of their studies at the institute. The commissions carefully evaluated the presented works, taking into account the relevance of the topic, the depth of the research, the practical value of the results obtained, as well as the quality of the presentation of the material.
The defenses were held in the format of presentations, during which the students briefly outlined the main provisions of their qualification works, answered the questions of the commission members and justified their conclusions. The topics of the works were diverse and covered a wide range of issues related to computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, mathematics and informatics.
The commissions paid special attention to the practical implementation of the presented projects, their possibility of application in real conditions, as well as the innovative approach of the students to solving the tasks set. Many works had practical significance and potential for further implementation in industry and other areas of activity.
Successful defense of qualification works is an important stage in the professional development of future specialists. This is a confirmation of their readiness for independent work and the ability to solve complex tasks in the chosen field.
