Trainings on Sustainability for Teachers
Within the program, 5 classes were held over 5 weeks – a group course on stress management “Self-Help Plus”. The trainings were aimed at developing self-regulation skills, reducing stress levels, emotional exhaustion and increasing psychological resilience in the face of professional and life challenges.
The participants worked on practical tools for overcoming stress, mindfulness techniques, restoring internal resources and mutual support in the group. This format contributed not only to personal development, but also to strengthening collegial interaction.
The course was another step by LTSNU in supporting the mental health of employees and creating a safe, sustainable educational environment.
